Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at ralfstudios.com.au 

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock RALF Studios, as we operate as separate entities.

Extended Christmas Returns

We understand you may be keeping your purchase to gift at Christmas time. Purchases made from the 1st of December have until the 10th of January to be returned back to RALF Studios. All full-price purchases are eligible for a refund and all sale purchases are eligible for an online credit note which is valid for 12 months. 

Full Priced Items 

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit, when returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Sale Items 

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. 

All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.

Pre Ordered Items 

Ralf Studios does not offer order cancellations/refunds on Pre Order items before they have shipped, unless in extenuating circumstances where we may issue a credit note.
Your Pre order items begin production as soon as your order is placed, so it is important to be sure about your selection.

Faulty Returns 

We are so sorry to hear you may have received a faulty item, we understand this is really disappointing. So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to hello@ralfstudios.com.

If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

Conditions of return and process

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from the RALF Studios e-Boutique.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.

To action a return please email hello@ralfstudios.com with your name, order number and desired outcome. Please note RALF Studios will not accept returns unless they meet the aforementioned criteria. Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Ralf Studios without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
