Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made online at ralfstudios.com.au
Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock RALF Studios, as we operate as separate entities.
Full Priced Items
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or e-boutique credit, when returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Sale Items
Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-boutique credit. Please note; we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. E-boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue.
Final Sale Items
All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed faulty. Ralf Studios can and will not accept any return or exchange request on FINAL SALE items.
Pre Ordered Items
Ralf Studios does not offer order cancellations or refunds on Pre Order items before they have shipped, unless in extenuating circumstances where we may issue a credit note.
Your Pre order items begin production as soon as your order is placed, so it is important to be sure about your selection.
Faulty Returns
In the rare and unlikely event you received a faulty item Ralf Studios can offer you a repair or a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable a full refund will be provided. To have your item assessed please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to hello@ralfstudios.com.
No action will be taken without an approved return accompanied by unique return authorization number.
Conditions of return and process
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
• The item/s were purchased from the Ralf Studios e-boutique.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.
To action a return please email hello@ralfstudios.com with your name, order number and desired outcome. Please note RALF Studios will not accept returns unless they meet the aforementioned criteria. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Ralf Studios without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
Extended Christmas Returns
We understand you may be keeping your purchase to gift at Christmas time. Purchases made from the 1st of December have until the 10th of January to be returned back to RALF Studios. All full-price purchases are eligible for a refund and all sale purchases are eligible for an online credit note which is valid for 12 months.
